Same-day on-site service is available based on technician availability. We fill same-day slots on a first-come basis. Calling in the morning gives you the best chance of a same-day visit. For true emergencies where a business is down, we prioritize accordingly. Evening appointments until 7 PM and Saturday availability are also options. If a repair requires parts we do not carry or specialized equipment in our shop, we will diagnose the problem on-site, provide a repair quote, and offer to transport your computer to our shop and return it when complete. Pickup and delivery is free for on-site service customers. You will know the full diagnosis and cost before we take your machine. Most common repairs are completed on-site on the first visit.
